Only Three does not collect your data. There is no analytics, no advertising, no behavioral tracking and no third-party software development kit in the app. Nobody working on Only Three can see what you enter.
Everything you enter is stored on your iPhone, and in your iPhone's own backups. Only Three has no account and no server, and it doesn't use iCloud.
Only Three keeps your days and the things on them, the plans you write or Apple Intelligence writes, your Later list, and the times you plan and wrap up. A short copy of today's titles and first steps is shared with the Only Three widget and focus timer on the same iPhone. When Apple Intelligence writes a plan, it does so on your iPhone, and nothing you type is sent to anyone. Only Three doesn't read your contacts, photos, location or calendar.
Purchases are handled by Apple. Only Three never sees your payment details. The app uses verified purchase records to check subscription access.
Settings in Only Three has a "Delete all data" control that removes every day, plan and Later item, your times and reminders, and any focus timer that is running. Deleting the app also removes its local data.
The controller of any personal data described here is Joao Vitor Humenhuk Achutti, a sole trader, 38 Allenby Street, Tel Aviv-Jaffa 6332512, Israel. You can ask what is held, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or complain, by writing to onlythree@humenhuk.com. You can also complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or to the data protection authority where you live.
