Terms

Last updated October 4, 2026

These terms cover your use of the Only Three app, published by Joao Vitor Humenhuk Achutti, a sole trader, 38 Allenby Street, Tel Aviv-Jaffa 6332512, Israel.

What Only Three is

Only Three is a daily planner for your own day. You pick up to three things, plan each one and check them off. The plans Apple Intelligence writes are suggestions for you to change, and nothing in the app is medical, legal or financial advice.

Free and paid use

Picking, planning by hand, Later, wrap-up, reminders and the widget are free. Only Three Pro is a subscription that adds written plans, note sorting, suggested smaller versions, the focus timer and weekly insights.

Subscriptions

Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in Settings on your device. Where a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited if you buy a subscription during the trial.

If a subscription ends

Pro features stop at the end of the paid period. Everything you entered stays, including plans that were already written, and the free features keep working.

Your content

What you put into Only Three is yours. It is stored on your device. The publisher claims no rights over it and does not hold a copy.

Refunds

Purchases are made through Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under the terms of the App Store. Write to onlythree@humenhuk.com if something has gone wrong and we will help where we can.

Liability

Only Three is provided as it is. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, liability is limited to the amount you have paid for Only Three in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
