Getting started

Open Only Three and tap Pick today's three. Choose when you plan your day and when you wrap up, then add everything that's on your mind. Tap the three that matter most in the order you'll do them, and the app walks you through a plan for each one before you tap Start my day.

Changing today's three

Tap a thing on Today to open its plan. Move to Later takes it off today, and the button under your list adds another in its place, typed fresh or chosen from Later. Three is the most a day can hold.

Written plans don't appear

Write my plan needs Only Three Pro and an iPhone with Apple Intelligence turned on, which means an iPhone 15 Pro or later. Settings in Only Three shows whether written plans are ready on your iPhone. Planning by hand always works.

Reminders don't arrive

Open Settings in Only Three and look under Your day. If notifications are turned off for Only Three, a button there opens your iPhone's settings so you can allow them.

The focus timer doesn't show

The timer is a Live Activity, so it needs Live Activities turned on for Only Three in your iPhone's settings. If they're off, the app tells you when you tap Start timer.

What happens overnight

Nothing is lost. Anything still open is offered again at the next morning's pick, already chosen for you.

Canceling

Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select Only Three Pro to manage or cancel it. When Pro ends, your days, plans and Later list stay exactly as they are, and you can keep planning by hand.

Deleting your data

In Only Three, open Settings and tap "Delete all data". Read the confirmation before continuing. Deletion cannot be undone.
