Pick three. Do them first.
Each morning you write down what's on your mind and tap the three things that matter most, in order. Every one of them gets a first step small enough to start in ten minutes, a rough time, the snag most likely to get in the way and what you'll do when it does. Everything you didn't pick waits on Later.
Today puts the next thing at the top with its first step. Check it off and the next one moves up. The Only Three widget shows the same thing on your Home Screen and Lock Screen, and on the Home Screen it checks things off without opening the app.
At the time you choose, Only Three asks you to wrap up. Each open thing takes one tap to mark done, move to tomorrow or let go. On the third day something is still on your list, the app offers a smaller version of it, because a thing that keeps moving is usually too big to start.
Later holds whatever didn't make the cut, and the next morning's pick offers it again. Anything you moved to tomorrow at wrap-up is already chosen for you. This week counts the days your first thing got done and everything you finished in the last seven days.
Picking, planning by hand, Later, wrap-up, reminders and the widget are free, with no time limit. Only Three Pro adds plans written by Apple Intelligence on your iPhone, sorting a messy note into separate things, a suggested smaller version for anything stuck, a focus timer on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and a weekly look at the time of day you get the most done.
Only Three has no advertising, analytics or tracking, and you don't need an account. What you enter stays on your iPhone, and Apple Intelligence writes plans on the iPhone itself.
