Privacy policy

Only Three privacy policy

Effective October 8, 2026. This policy covers the Only Three app and this website.

Only Three does not collect your data. There is no analytics, no advertising, no behavioral tracking and no third-party software development kit in the app. Nobody working on Only Three can see what you enter.

Where your information is kept

Everything you enter is stored on your iPhone, and in your iPhone's own backups. Only Three has no account or server. It does not sync planner records through CloudKit. Your device's backups may use iCloud if you enable iCloud Backup.

What is stored

Only Three keeps your days, priorities, complete plans, scheduled blocks, energy choices, reflections, recorded focus sessions, saved reusable days, Later list, and planning and wrap-up times. A short copy of today's titles and first steps is shared with the Only Three widget and focus timer on the same iPhone. When Apple Intelligence writes a plan, it does so on your iPhone, and nothing you type is sent to anyone. Only Three does not read your contacts or location.

Calendar and selected photos

When you tap Connect Calendar and grant permission, Only Three reads your selected calendars to find open time. It never changes your calendar events. Event titles and times stay in memory and are not stored in the planner database or included in exports. Disconnect Calendar in the app to stop reading it.

You can select a photo with Apple's photo picker. Apple's Vision framework recognizes its text on your iPhone. Only Three does not upload or retain the photo. You review the text before saving selected lines to Later.

Exporting your records

Export is optional and starts only when you request it. JSON and readable exports contain your planner text and reflections in plain text. They go to the location you choose. The destination's own privacy rules apply. Calendar events and photos are excluded.

Payment

Purchases are handled by Apple. Only Three never sees your payment details. The app uses verified purchase records to check subscription access.

Deleting everything

Settings in Only Three has a "Delete all data" control that removes every day, plan, scheduled block, reflection, focus session, reusable day, and Later item. It also clears preferences, Calendar connection, snapshots, reminders, and active Live Activities. Deleting the app also removes its local data.

Who is responsible

The controller of any personal data described here is Joao Vitor Humenhuk Achutti, a sole trader, 38 Allenby Street, Tel Aviv-Jaffa 6332512, Israel. You can ask what is held, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or complain, by writing to onlythree@humenhuk.com. You can also complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or to the data protection authority where you live.
